Here’s something you don’t see for sale every day. [or maybe ever]
    It’s a radio promo give-away, won by a lucky listener in 1986.
When John Lennon’s ‘Live in New York City’ album came out that year, a local radio station offered this package as First Prize: Six different Promo copies of John Lennon albums spanning Plastic Ono Band to the current release. All are Factory Sealed. These are mid-80’s pressing with gold promo stamp in upper left corner. Shrink is intact except where cut away for the stamping #. All are in Mint cond.
Also included is a press kit in an embossed Capitol Records folder with three, 8 x 10 b&w photos of: John, him and Yoko plus The Elephants Memory band with producer Phil Spector, a laminated backstage pass and 4 typed pages with info. on the ‘One To One’ concert held in NYC in 1972 when the album was taped. Everything is in exc. cond. and well preserved from the past 35 years.
SUPER rare and impossible to find . . . until now.
Don’t miss your chance to own what may be a one-of-a-kind collectible set!
This is a consignment auction and there are no returns so please ask any questions prior to bidding.
