I did play both the 45 and album, and both sound and play great.  Vinyl for both : VG+ (light scratches, scuff marks, smudge marks)

Side 1.   Surf Route 101 - Muscle Beach Party - Ventura - Santa Barbara - Redondo Beach - Surfin Scene         Side 2.  Balboa Island Oceanside - My First Love - Midnight Run - Malibu Blues - Newport Beach               Side 1.  Track 1 and small part of track 2 has small amt. of  light popping,    Side 2 track 1 also small amt. light popping

Album Cover - VG -   light ring wear - when shrinkwrap originally removed what ever was used left scratch lines on the cover  -      seams and corners in some areas are in rough shape, top left 1/3 side seam, the cover is together,but a  1/3 of the bottom seam on each side is split, middle is together - lower right corner has a crease.  1/3 top left seam is not split, but almost there,  ( The picture really does not show these flores)- ,
