This comes with the thick sleeve in at least excedllent condition as pictures above it is excellent plus apart from a small area bottom middle front which at first glance appear to be part fo the sleeve so it is not all that noticible the inner picture sleeve is is excellent condition apart from a small area of discolouration on right side of a side and the disc is in at least excellent condition with great sound quality on both sides.........a superb copy of this disc
