Description
A rare UK Nimbus Supercut 1983 audiophile pressing of Supertramp's Breakfast in America 1979 classic best selling album. This Nimbus Supercut is a very highly regarded remaster and pressing of Breakfast in America, and was recently chosen by Mike Esposito of The 'In' Groove as the best sounding version out there (there's a recent YouTube BiA pressing comparison video by Mike that you can look up). It was a limited pressing in its day, estimates in the collector community is that it ran somewhere around 1000 copies only. This copy is in very nice condition, with VG+ vinyl (has some hairlines that do not affect play, and it's overall close to NM sound) and VG cover (see pics of the outer cover where there is some edge and corner wear, plus some minor shadowing of the record on the outer sleeve, along with a small stain on the inner sleeve). The record has been ultrasonically cleaned and placed in a safe rice paper QRP sleeve and the album placed overall in a heavy 6 mil plastic outer sleeve. Shipped $5.00 flat rate with FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to the lower 48 states, additional charges for shipping to other destinations will be calculated at end of auction. This will be packed extremely carefully with the record removed from the cardboard sleeve to ensure no seam splits in transit.
