The record is factory sealed. The cover is M-. Other than the tiniest spot of wear at the bottom of the spine, it looks pristine under the shrink. I believe the record inside is an original press. There is a sticker on front which reads, "This High-Fidelity Recording can be played on any MONAURAL or STEREO Player". This type of sticker was fairly common in 1966-1970 before the industry went all stereo. No bar code on sleeve.
I grade visually using the Goldmine grading code which is M, M-, VG++ (or EX), VG+, VG, G, F, P. The highest grade I use is M-. I spot play any potential problem areas and try to grade conservatively. You will be satisfied and no hassles.
