Description

Here’s a rare 45 by the Gamblers! It’s on the World Pacific label, number X-815. Songs are “Moon Dawg” and “LSD-25”. This is considered to be one of the very first surf records, dating back to 1960. The vinyl grades a very strong VG to a weak VG+, some light sleeve scuffing throughout, nothing serious, plays well. Labels are problem-free. The A side was later covered by the Beach Boys on their first album (which was also produced by Nick Venet, the producer of this single). Furthermore, the Gamblers’ keyboard player, Bruce Johnston, later joined the Beach Boys in 1965. Drop me a message if ebay doesn’t calculate shipping for you. California residents add 8.225% tax.
