Rare OZ LP released in 1966 on the Silver & Blue Festival label. Cat: SDL932086. Features unique OZ only artwork.
A Glendora, CA, surf group remembered for "Wipe Out," the number two 1963 hit that ranks as one of the great rock instrumentals, featuring a classic up-and-down guitar riff and a classic solo drum roll. Excellent 60's compilation of this great Surf instrumental act.
Tracks: Waikiki run/ Surfer Joe/ Simalau/ Bat man/ Surfing drums/ Point panic/ Misirlou/ Wipeout/ I'm a hog for you/ Jack the ripper/ Surfaris stomp/ Surf scene.
Record has some light scuff marks that produce a few light crackles. Record is in Excellent condition. Cover has light ring wear and age spots on back. Covr is in VG+ condition.
