Attention: Instrumental Fans!!

After the Phenonemal success that Dolton/Liberty Records had with The Ventures, every other record label on the planet was scrambling to find their own crack instrumental group who could sell tons of LPs without major chart action.

RCA Records found The Astronauts from Colorado and what a find they were.

A terrific instrumental band, who hit the charts with several records including "Baja", their sound was a unique blend of The Ventures, Link Wray and Duane Eddy.

This is the TRUE STEREO pressing of their 'Surfing With The Astronauts" LP. This is a BOSS LP, filled with great guitar work.  The True Stereo pressing  is VERY hard to find as RCA pressed many more monos than Stereos. The mix is fantastic!!!

Condition here is a bit noisy with backround noise, but there are no skips and the fidelity is fine.  The Stereo guitars really jump from the speakers!!  I believe this makes any noise worthwhile.
