No greater theme for this album could have been chosen than John 3:16 — “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have ever- lasting life.” Truly God’s love for us is greater than could ever be told in word or the songs of this album. It is by confessing our sins and accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Saviour that we as individuals can know this love that goes beyond all human understanding. The songs on this album have been prayerfully selected and are intended to uplift our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It is the prayer of this Quartet that these songs will be a blessing to all who hear them. The Christian Travelers Quartet, made up of born-again Christians have been a bless- ing to our church and all who know them. Each is a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Surgoinsville and hold an office in the church. Kenny directs our choir and is an assistant Sunday school teacher, Max serves as a deacon, Juanita teaches Sunday school and Jake is our Sunday school superintendent. I appreciate this Quartet, they have been a great blessing to me. Billy J.
