Well. Holy grail time here. An original of the really about impossible to get LP by Surprieze from the early 70s. I reissued this one too and the whole story is about known. What IS interesting is that this copy is the very last copy of the original musician Eddy van der Meer, it's his own copy. He asked me to sell it for him cause he wanted to buy some new guitar effects so here we go. There is a certain reserve. Music is insane noise ACID basement madness music, some laid back tunes and even a few r&b tunes but the track 'Lazarus' is an unequalled evil exprience filled with noise, eastern drone guitarlicks played on a three string guitar of which one is used as drone, and weird folkinstruments and a guy saying 'Lazarus' in a real menacing tone. They don't get any wylder. Of a press of 500, hundreds were thrown in the sea at Scheveningen cause Eddy got depressed of the reviews. We have a glued cover here. The remaining copies are loose or glued. Eddy glued some loose sleeve pieces to a carboard sleeve to make it look more like a proper release. Pathetic but it happened. It was glued by himself. Eddy claims the record to be unplayed. It has some hairlines but is at least VG++ and plays better. The least amount of noise here and there. It is a cheap press and there is always noise. (Which was a big problem while mastering the reissue cause the original tapes also had been destroyed. ) Sleeve is a cool VG++ but has a sticker that Eddy placed over something in the upper left corner of the back but Eddy did not remember anymore why he had done that.
