Rare Original OZ Soundtrack LP released in 1971 on Philips Records. Cat: 6357 003.
Nickel Queen was an Australian comedy film released in 1971 starring Googie Withers, John Laws, Alfred Sandor & Ed Devereaux and directed by her husband John McCallum. The story was loosely based on the Poseidon bubble, a nickel boom in Western Australia in the late 1960s, and tells of an outback pub owner who stakes a claim and finds herself an overnight millionaire. The soundtrack was copmosed and conducted by Sven Liebaek. Features vocals by Kerrie Biddell & Terry Kaff. Typically cool 60's jazz, pop with tinges of beat and hippy overtones.

Record has some light scuff marks and is in Excellent condition. Cover has a small tear about 1cm round out of centre right hand edge, some light ring wear, a small mark on back bottom left and a small piece of sticky tape on back left edge. Cover is in VG+ condition.
