Description
A rare historical artefact from the vast Swans/Gira back catalogue, this is a four track white label sampler for their 1991 double album 'White Light From The Mouth of Infinity' along with a press release and discography on three A4 sheets.
Released in May that year on the Young God label, it has the cat.no. YGDJ1.
The four tracks are: 'Love Will Save You', 'Song For The Sun', 'Song For Dead Time' and 'Miracle Of Love'.
The press release describes it as "the best Swans album to date, no question', and goes on to list the musicians who played on the album and the role they performed.
The vinyl comes in a white paper inner sleeve and black card outer sleeve. The sleeve is a little tatty but the vinyl, despite some light surface marks, is in good condition and sounds great when played LOUD. (As you should always do with a Swans record)
