Description
Sweet and Sour was an Australian television series that screened on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in 1984.
The series featured actors David Reyne as Martin Kabel and Tracy Mann as Carol Howard just to mention a couple. The vocals were presented by by Deborah Conway and many other musicians including Tommy Emmanuel were involved in the recording of the album. Sweet and Sour by The Takeaways is a rare first pressing vinyl LP released in 1984 by ABC Records. This white label first/test pressing comes in a cardboard sleeve and is in mint (M) condition, with the vinyl and inlay being in perfect condition. The album falls under the TV soundtrack genre and is a must-have for any collector of soundtracks and musicals. The sleeve grading is very good (VG) and the edition is a first pressing.
