Description

This is Syd Barret's only solo single released in 1969.
I would describe the condition of the paper sleeve as fair and normal for its age with a number of inevitable creases around the record plus some small tears on one side around the hole in the centre. 
The A-side, 'Octopus' sounds very good with no obvious crackles. There are light crackles throughout plus a pop near the end on the B-side, 'Golden Hair' which is a shame as this James Joyce poem set to music is my personal favourite Syd Barrett recording. It is still listenable but you are in no doubt that it is a vinyl record.
