Strictly Official Japan Original LP (Label Has Odeon Logo).
Unfortunately, This Copy Does Not Have A Lyrics/Linernotes Sheet.
This Is Rare White Label Issue Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "25 June"are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is VG Plus (It Has Center Bottom Split and Ringwear on Back Part).
