T2 - IT'LL ALL WORK OUT IN BOOMLAND
1970 UK 1st press prog gem - brillliant copy with the superb audio quality being a true highlight

A solid very good plus (VG+) condition vinyl (many would grade as "excellent", I am sure) - in normal daylight the vinyl comes across as near perfect, gleaming with a beautiful jet black sheen. With closer inspection under a bright light a few extremely faint paper scuffs come into view on each side of the vinyl - all strictly surface only and purely superficial, having no impact upon the brilliant sound quality at all. Each label is excellent with all silver text and the matt dark blue background remaining perfectly intact, the only blemishes (too strong a word) being just a few very faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each label. The condition of the original UK 1st press non-laminated Moore & Matthes printed outer sleeve is very good plus (VG+). The edges remain firm but with some intermittent light scuffing on the bottom edge and spine and a few tiny scuff "nicks" on the top edge. There is just a little bit of light surface creasing on the reverse side towards the bottom corners (very trivial) and some light rubbing on the corners though each corner does remain a nicely defined right angle. There are also a few very light general storage/handling marks but nothing of real significance, and the opening edges remain firm with no fraying. The iconic front side design remains very nicely intact retaining vibrant colouring and the reverse side text/photos/art work remains well defined and with no unwanted writing. Not perfect by any means but a strong very good and remaining highly presentable (and fully functional). The audio quality is excellent plus (EX+) with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, clicks, interference, distortion or background crackle - very impressive, with great tone, and crystal clear instrumentation and vocals - perfect! Side 1 in particular is a real prog mindblower with terrific guitar solos! Comes with original and excellent condition poly-lined DECCA inner sleeve, correctly dated with no seam splits, no opening edge fraying, and barely any creasing or age discolouration - perfect!
Hard to believe that this record is now 53 years of age - a "must have" for any serious prog rock vinyl collector.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
