Up for auction is this TAANA GARDNER 12" PROMO DISCO LP 2 RECORD SET. On side one is RECORD 1, SIDE ONE- “WHEN YOU TOUCHED ME” 10:36 SIDE TWO “WE GOT TO WORK IT OUT” 9:01 AND “JUST BE A FRIEND” 5:50 RECORD TWO SIDE 3 “PARADISE EXPRESS” 6:18, SIDE 4 “WORK THAT BODY” 7:16. This is on the WESTEND (WHITE LABEL PROMO) record label. Many of my records in my collection I had doubles of for play and this was never played. All of my records are in excellent condition. However some of the covers are worn simply because I have had to move them from different locations, this LP cover has very little wear on the cover like the edgas.. The wear is most often only on the corners. Also on some of the record covers there are some small tags in the left hand corner where I kept track of them on Billboards Top 100.I have removed some they are easy to remove. I was involved club owners and DJ'S as well as the performers and worked with radio personel as I got the early releases and I would be a "listener and choose second hits etc. The record is in excellent condition. I saved these for a collection and I have just starting to sell my very large collection of records. Almost all are promotional and not played much, if at all. I will note if there is anything special to say. Some are extremely hard to find and would make great additions to any collection. It is hard selling off my collection but my present situation calls for me to do this. It was a wonderful era and a great time for music and dancing. I was associated with and met many artists and people in and out of the business and had been able to get early access to the music (early releases).
