ARTHUR LYMAN: TABOO - VOLUMES 1 & 2
Top quality original copies of both Taboo LPs. On the Vogue / Vocalion label both recordings have become must haves for collectors of exotic music. Details given below refer to Vol. 1 then Vol. 2.

GRADING
SLEEVE: EX / EX
Both sleeves are in superb condition with only a couple of laminate wrinkles and some light edge wear. Surfaces are bright and clean and there are, of course, no splits or tears.
RECORDS: VG+ / VG+
Visually and audibly both records are in great condition. Under bright light there are a few light hairlines. There are no deep or feelable scratches. Both records play with very occasional crackle audible under the level of the music.
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
