ARTIST: Tadd Dameron with John Coltrane
TITLE: Mating Call
VINYL CONDITION: Visually, I'd call this VG bordering closely on VG+. 2 light scuffs on the B side keep this from being VG+ or higher. Thick, glossy vinyl. RVG etched into both A and B side dead wax. Sounds great, light noise in the quieter parts. 'Not For Sale' stamped across the A side label. Someone has used a red wax crayon to write '1' and '2' on both labels as well as in the dead wax.
SLEEVE CONDITION: This is going to sound much worse than the cover actually appears.
VG/VG-. 90% in tact, minor splitting at top of spine and top seam, around 1.5 - 2 inches total. Also some splitting at top and opening seam, about 1.25 inches. Mostly minor corner dings,fraying to all 4. Some staining on bottom right corner. Stamped Not for Sale on back by the opening seam. Blue pen has written track lengths and side locations. Pencil has a couple of comments about players and specific songs as well as a '65' in top right. Orange crayon has written 'H' between Coltrane's name and the Prestige number. The front cover is stunningly sharp and the back is a little marked up. I give you all these details to make sure you know what you're getting but buyer should be extremely pleased with condition overall.
