Format: Dark gray Maxell XL II 60 cassette with no labels --- Housed in clear/clear Norelco-type case that has been heavily slashed with a razor (?) --- Hand cut wrinkled black paper J-card with a photocopied picture of Amber Hagerman and a rusty safety razor blade attached --- wrapped in an 8-1/2" x 11" black on red paper, folded, photocopied insert/sleeve --- Hand numbered #20 of 100 (in red ink) --- further wrapped in a folded flyer from the National Council for Missing and Exploited Children, stamped with a Taint logo (in red ink) and with a hand written "#1" in red ink --- all bound in wire --- Ultra-rare and nasty stuff!!!
