Reviews
Tim Yohannon reviewed "Tales of Terror" for Maximum Rock and Roll in 1984. He wrote: "Totally drunken, power-chord punk rock, folks. It's straight out of the DEAD BOYS/STOOGES school of intense, forget-it-all, snarl and self-destruct. These Sacramento's are good at it too. Recommended."
Influence
The album is listed in Kurt Cobain's Journal, in his Nirvana Top 50 and the song "Chambers of Horror" is in a list of songs
GRADING DETAILS Grading Scale: M, NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G. M (mint) is reserved for unplayed, flawless stock copies. NM (near mint) is the highest grade for a record in beautiful shape. EX (excellent) means there's a minor flaw on the sleeve (small crease, price sticker) or disc (fingerprint, harmless scratch). VG+ (very good plus) means a sleeve has minor shop wear — is creased and/or shows a ring impression, and the disc shows cosmetic signs of handling. VG (very good) means not for the anal-retentive. The sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has surface noise (no skips or thunderous pops) and multiple small scratches. VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy. G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips. All grading is now done visually.ALL VINYL,ZINES,POSTERS,T-SHIRTS,BOOKS,CASSETS,CD's and VIDEOS ARE ALL ORIGINAL and come from my PERSONAL COLLECTION.All Vinyl comes with the poly sleeve that it has been stored in.
