The record sleeve has a colorful picture of the Wells Fargo wagon and a black and white photo of Dale Robertson
The back of the sleeve has titles of other Golden Records

- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a few scribble marks which can be seen if held up to a light)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Crease on both sides from record. Bit of wear at the corners)
