Description

Fear of Music is the third studio album by American band Talking Heads, released on 3 August 1979. It was recorded at locations in New York City during April and May 1979 and was produced by the quartet and Brian Eno. The album reached number 21 on the Billboard 200 in the United States and peaked at number 33 on the UK Album Charts. The record was certified Gold in the U.S. in 1985.

Fear of Music received favorable reviews from critics. The record is often considered one of the best Talking Heads releases. It has featured in several publications' lists of the best albums of all time. Britain's Channel 4 named the record at number 76 in its 2005 countdown of The 100 Greatest Albums.

This is the original UK release of the Album with embossed outer sleeve and illustrated inner sleeve (with rounded corners).
Album has sticker that states: 'SRK 6076 Contains Free Single "Psycho-Killer" LIVE'. Bonus 7" single in a plain white sleeve; 'Psycho Killer' from 'Talking Heads Live On Tour' Album; 'New Feeling' is the single version.

Records are shiny and clean with no visible defects. Inner sleeve has a little discoloration due to age (almost 40 years old). Jacket has the original free single sticker, a little light ring and edge wear typical of its sleeves of its age, but is otherwise in great shape (see photos). Grading is visual only.
