Sire SRK 6058 (1978)
First pressing. Jacket has clear sticker with band name, album title, and catalog number at the top. Back cover has ringwear, scuffs, wear at the bottom edge and a chip at the top left. Vinyl has numerous streaks/lines which are cosmetic and do not affect play. Original printed innersleeve has ringwear, lots of general wear/dings, a white scuff at the top, and a seam split at the bottom. A xerox of the lyrics is enclosed as well, made from the version with the white innersleeve.
But the coolest thing about this package is the inclusion of an early correspondence with the band from January 17, 1977! The letter is presumably written by Tina Weymouth, to the album's original owner. (Of course, this letter predates the album by over a year; it just happened to be stored inside the jacket.) The original envelope with Long Island City return address, and January 1976 postmark, is included.
"Thanks for your letter. We are not going to release the single "Psycho Killer / Happy Day" at this time. Instead we have a different one called "Love > Building On Fire / New Feeling"

Grading Scale: M, M-, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G
M (mint) is reserved for unplayed, flawless stock copies. M- (mint minus) is the highest grade for a record in beautiful shape. EX (excellent) means there's a minor flaw on the sleeve (small crease, price sticker) or disc (fingerprint, harmless scratch). VG+ (very good plus) means a sleeve has minor shop wear — is creased and/or shows a ring impression, and the disc shows cosmetic signs of handling. VG (very good) means not for the anal-retentive. The sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has surface noise (no skips or thunderous pops) and multiple small scratches. VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy. G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips.
