TALL DWARFS hello cruel world LP
1988 Homestead Records HMS 113-1. A mint, still-sealed copy of this compilation of songs from the Dwarfs' first four EPs, released in New Zealand between 1981 and 1984. Three of them were on Flying Nun, after Chis Knox helped found the legendary NZ label. This comp was released on Flying Nun everywhere else in the world, and on Homestead in the USA (and was a college-radio hit).
I am the original owner of this copy, and have kept the sealed LP well protected since I bought it in 1989. The record looks brand new, with no shelf wear or ring wear of any kind. The shrink wrap is completely intact and in mint condition, except for two very tiny tears in the shrink at the right-hand corners (see detail photos). This copy is superb, really in absolutely perfect condition. It looks like it just came home from the store and is still fresh from the factory, though it is actually 23 years old.
A stone mint, perfect sealed copy of this terrific compilation LP, very rare to find in such pristine condition.
