Original CBS (Australia); cat. # SBP 233761 – 1969.
This is the debut album from one of Australia’s most revered heavy pshch bands from the late 60s/early 70s. With its rarity these days, it remains a highly sought-after item if it’s in good nick, and this one certainly is!!
Featuring four songs from Paul Witzig’s contemporaneous surf film of the same name, “Evolution” also provides the blueprint for future Oz classic music – it’s heavy and relentless and rocks like all-geddout. An absolute milestone and no home should be without it!
Cover - EX Laminated front, no splits. Back has light ringwear and bottom left corner is lightly creased.
Vinyl - EX++ Extremely minor surface marks which are inaudible. record still has that new glossy sheen and the labels are CLEAN!
