TAMLA MOTOWN 45TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTORS BOX SET

VARIOUS MOTOWN ARTISTS

This strictly limited edition collectors box set was manufactured then distributed in the U.K. in 2004 to commemorate the 45th anniversary of Motown music. This is box set number 1140 of only 2000 that were pressed at that time, (see additional photograph of certificate). The set contains 20 x 7" singles all of which are original recordings by original Motown artists. The centre record labels have the reproduction black and silver Tamla Motown 45 RPM logo. All 20 singles have reproduction sleeves in various colours, (see photograph). As well as the records and certificate, the box set also contains an 18 page colour Motown catalogue showing photographs and an A-Z artist catalogue listing. 

The vinyl on all records are graded as EXCELLENT +. The records show some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.  All sides of record labels are clean and unmarked, (see photograph). The record box is in EXCELLENT condition. It is clean without any writing on it or any stickers attached. There is minor wear to it's base, (mostly in the corners). The box set will be sold complete only. I'm sure you can understand that i'm not prepared to split and sell individual records from it.
