The originator and King of Hokum Tampa Red repeats two of his most popular tunes with the help of his Jug Band.  Tom dorsey on piano, Tampa and Martel Pettiford on guitars, Herman Brown on washboard and kazoo, Carl Reid on Jazzhorn and Frankie Jaxon does the vocals.  Hokum at its finest !

 Record has lots of shine.  Plays without problem.  Labels are clean and bright.  Record looks V+, but plays better.  A nice copy!
*Note:  White spots on pics are from dust on my scanner and do not appear on the record.*   

I use standard VJM 78 record grading method with grades of: M, M-, E+, E, E-, V+, V, V-, G+, G, G-, and P in descending order.  records at V and above are enjoyable while those at V- to G are tolerable.  I do not grade 78's at M or M- unless I can be certain that they have NEVER been played.  G- and P records are only listed if they are extremely rare of of significant historical value.  Domestic shipping is by USPS Media Mail.
