Original 1976 issue on Harry Pearson's Audiophile guide TAS List, also on Arthur Salvatore's list of greatest Decca Lp's, this one is hard to find!.  UK SXL 6812 first pressing of Richard Bonynge & the NPO in Meyerbeer Les Patineurs & Massenet Le Cid. 1G2G stampers of a Ted Burkett mastering shows this to be the 1st year issue in lovely Near Mint play grading, heard throughout on a high end system. Sound is fabulous, a great demonstration of what is possible with string tone and full use of the orchestra to my ears.  The Decca Ballets are always sought after. Visually excellent with superficial sleeve scuffs that did not sound - even without being cleaned. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type.  We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water.  This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
