- Deep 'groove' in label area
- NO "VENDOR" text on labels

- Back of sleeve is in colour
- Large "STEREO" banner on front top
- "PRINTED IN U.S.A." on back
- Sleeve notes in English only on back
- Some copies were released with an OBI-like paper strip advertising the film recording technique
