On the TAS list in the popular category there are only ten albums from all of recorded literature that have ever been favored with the "Best of the Bunch" honor.
This is one.
The Weavers' REUNION, in fact, is renowned for its audio capture, particularly in the sense of how alive and utterly natural it sounds…as if, yes, you are sitting right there in the concert hall. (And, believe me, the 1963 Carnegie was no slouch in the acoustics department.)
If you are unfamiliar with the famous folk group, the music here includes tunes like WHEN THE SAINTS GO MARCHING IN, WOKE UP THIS MORNING, IF I HAD A HAMMER, GOODNIGHT IRENE, and RAMBLIN' BOY, among others.
Jacket has mild shelf, nothing more; record inside will play near mint.
