HOLY GRAIL TIME! Here you have one of the best ever and without a doubt absolute rarest garage/freakbeat 45s ever released in Sweden. Both sides on this 45 are essential. The intense and frantic "King Of The Orient" has been comped on "Trans-World Punk Rave-Up vol. 2" and "Searchin' For Shakes". The equally awesome and totally original "At The Club" was also comped on "Searchin' For Shakes". Have a listen below! This 45 hardly ever turns up for sale
This 45 is up there with Stringtones "Don't Run And Hide", The Other Side "Out My Light", The Friends "Empty Handed", Steampacket/Longboatmen "Take Her Anytime", Outsiders "Inside Of Me", Gents "Honour Bright" etc. as being one of the most in-demand swedish 45's released during the 60's. This is the same group that also released the massively in-demand "I Want You" and several members later went on to Baby Grandmothers and Mecki Mark Men.
I have included both sides in their entirety in the soundclip below so that you all can hear the utter brilliance contained on this 45 from 1965 and so that you know exactly what you're going to get.
Sleeve condition: G+ (has got two BIG tears on the front running from top to bottom that are held together with old browning tape, several tiny 0,5cm tears at top and three 2cm tears at top, sticker removal mark on the BACK)
Vinyl condition: VG (LOTS of very light hairlines, plays SUPERB, listen!)
