ITEM:   Tchaikovsky's  " Symphony No. 4 in F minor, op.36 ",  by Leningrad Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Jewgenij Mrawinskij.   Rare German Pressing on DGG Records label, catalog number SLPM 138 657. "Red Stereo" imprint cover. 1/61 date printed on back cover ( see attached photos ).

COMMENTS / CONDITION:   This LP came from a private collection - it is not a beat up item bought at a yard sale. The record was visually graded, and was spot checked test played. It was not played from start to finish. If there are any defects or problems with the record, please contact me before leaving negative feedback or low DSR's. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Grading is according to Goldmine Standards. If you are not familiar with that system, please go to the Goldmine web site and read the grading details BEFORE YOU BID.

Vinyl is in VG+ condition, with a nice full gloss luster. Close inspection revealed a few light scuffs and hairlines which are mostly cosmetic. There are no warps, scratches, cracks, or chips. There is a scuff in the dead wax on Side A which does not extend into the playing surface. At the beginning of Side B, there is a small mark that produces a very soft tic for several revolutions. On my older system, all segments that were tested played quietly with enjoyable audio quality. There were no pops, skips, harsh surface noise, or groove lock. NOTE: Sound quality will vary from system to system. The above comments are included strictly as reference, and are not a statement as to the experience you may have with your equipment.

Both labels are in excellent condition, with no peeling edges, rips, or stains.

The inner sleeve is the original poly lined paper sleeve.

I have not tried to clean the vinyl or the labels. Serious collectors usually have their own preferred methods they use to care for their records.

Cover is in VG+  condition, with crisp, glossy colors and graphics. There are a few light scuffs/edge wear present and several minor crease lines on the edges. There are no stickers, labels, or price tags. Five small numbers are written on the bottom right corner of the back cover. All seams are strong with no splits. This is not a cut-out - No punch holes, notches, or clipped corners.
