Description

Absolutely stunning copy of the original 1965 first pressing of Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake ballet excerpts conducted by Jeal Morel on RCA Victrola stereo VICS-1002. A truly magnificent audiophile dream recording from the tail-end of the Golden Era of recordings—one of the great stereo records of the time. And this copy is just the perfect way to fully enjoy it. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays completely flawlessly and just beautifully. Some tiny signs of use but barely at all. The cover is similarly near pristine, with only the tiniest bit of corner rubbing on a couple of corners, but barely at all. Beautifully crisp and clean and almost perfect. Just a gorgeous, gorgeous original copy, near impossible to beat.
