Prestige #7078 (microgroove, paperless deep groove label, "50th St NYC" address on label)
Using Goldmine standards, disc is play-graded as VERY-GOOD. Surface noise consistently evident, light ticks. Visually shows many light scratches. No skips or warps. Labels are very clean.
Jacket is rated VERY-GOOD. Spine edge has peeling and halfway seam split. Top & bottom edge are strong. Front lamination has begun to peel. Front still glossy with minor wear. Back lightly soiled. Liner notes easily readable. No holes, cuts, stickers or ink.
