PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
INSANELY RARE original Greg Calbi/Lee Hulko mastered PRC Richmond first pressing from 1977 on Elektra's butterfly label with Maverick Productions credit near the bottom and PRC text to the left of the center hole and original glossy black & white printed inner sleeve with band photo on one side and complete lyrics on the reverse!!! LP is VG++ with a few light paper scuffs. Cover is still in the original shrink wrap and beautiful with just a hint of wear in the bottom left hand corner. Even has the original $5.29 Record City (R.I.P.) price label in the top left hand corner on the front cover. An absolute high grade first pressing of this rarity with impeccable provenance. THIS is what collecting is about. You will not be disappointed so don't sleep art punk collectors.
