A Space in Time is the seventh album by the British blues rock band, Ten Years After. It was released in August 1971 by Capitol Records in the US and the green Chrysilis label in the UK. A departure in style from their previous albums, A Space in Time is less 'heavy' than previous albums and includes more acoustic guitar, perhaps influenced by the success of Led Zeppelin who were mixing acoustic songs with heavier numbers. The album also contains their biggest hit; I'd Love To Change The World, the third track on the album. Criticising capitalist and socialist greed alike, and calling for social change the song features a speedy, 30-second guitar solo by lead vocalist Alvin Lee!!

The Vinyl

There is not much to say about this vinyl IT LOOKS AS NEW!! IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO VISABLE SIGNS THAT THIS HAS EVER BEEN PLAYED EVER!!UNBELEIVABLE FOR 37 YEARS OLD ORIGINAL!. Even when scrutinised under a strong light I can't see a blemish!! Any that could possibly be seen would only be sleeve removal only!please note! This has been stored seperately from the sleeve and cover for at least 25 years this is how i have always stored my records!!!

The Labels

These are the original green Chrysalis labels as new condition (no) visable spider marks or any indication that this has been played!!!

This is plain white with patent number and 'Made in England'

The cover

This is the original unlaminated cover, printed and made by E.DAY & CO London (only 1st pressings) These are almost impossible to find in good condition this is superbe, very slight rubbing in general and very light ringware only, There are (no) splits or tares and amaizingly (no) creases (very rare to find like this indeed) 

Although this was their biggest hit they rarely played it live.As always I have tried to give my honest personal opinion when describing items listed! Although it is my honest opinion! I always urge others to do their own personal research on any items that they are interested in purchasing, before, they commit to bidding!) I have Highlighted all aspects as clearly as possible!! I have taken time to play this vinyl track for track to give a clear and accurate description of the audio quality.
