The consistent great rock blues of TYA was founded on their earlier effort as 'The Jaybirds', an enthusiastic cover band on Embassy Records. With Alvin Lee fronting the band - they were a real force live.....and didn't they perfectly demonstrate that at Woodstock - a sound that could pin you to the wall, blistering!
This is an EXCELLENT British blues album.
The lp is produced by MIKE VERNON, who was the blues aficionado in Britain, producing orig6 legends of American Blues, and the young protegés in England.
He also headed the wonderful Blue Horizon Records lable.
CONDITION;
The VINYL is in tremendous clean NEAR MINT condition. FULL sheen and playing superbly.
Labels *with the large DERAM first issue lables* are in NM condition also bright and clean, 2 spindle marks visible only!
The FULLY LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER is NEAR MINT- some separation to the laminate inside, but VERY nice shape, no writing, tears, or stains.
