On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Ten Years After called "Ssssh" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Deram label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF TEN YEARS AFTER'S RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE DERAM LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE, WITH A '10-69' DATE CODE ON THE INNER SLEEVE (LATER ONES DONT!)!!!!

THERE IS OFTEN DEBATE ON DERAM LABELS - WHICH LABELS CAME FIRST?  THE LARGE LABELS OR THE SMALLER ONES?  WELL ON THIS LP IT HAS NOW BEEN PROVED THAT BOTH WERE USED AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME!!!!  AND HOW YOU MAY ASK?  WELL DOCUMENTATION HAS NOW SURFACED THAT MONO AND STEREO VERSIONS WERE RELEASED ON EXACTLY THE SAME DATE!!!!  AND YET MONO VERSION ALWAYS (WITHOUT EXCEPTION!) HAVE THE 'SMALLER' DERAM LABELS!!!!  SO IT IS CLEAR THAT ALTHOUGH SOME STEREO LABELS WERE LARGER - BOTH WERE BEING USED AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME!!!!  OBVIOUSLY ON EARLIER LPs IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.  BUT THIS LP - IT IS NOW MORE THAN OBVIOUS THAT BOTH WERE USED AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME!!!!  AND OF COURSE, THIS LP HAS THE 1ST PRESS LAMINATED COVER (LATER ONES WERENT!), 1ST PRESS '10-69' DATE CODED COVER (AGAIN LATER ONES DONT!), AND THE 1ST PRESS ONLY 2L/3L MATRIX ENDINGS (THERE WERE NONE EARLIER THAT THESE NUMBERS - WITH ALL LATER ONES HAVING HIGHER NUMBERS!)!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light TINY surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press '10-69' Date Coded inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Moore & Matthes' Gatefold Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO edge splits, NO spine splits, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), shiny laminate, only 1 VERY small repaired split on the back opening edge (VERY hard to notice and 100% strong here!), only some very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corners, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  The opening edges have some possible evidence of trimming - though if so, this is very VERY marginal indeed, as there is VERY clear laminate shrinkage on both opening edges. Even the unlaminated inside of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
