NYC ADDRESS ON A YELLOW & BLACK LABEL titled Teo featuring Teo Macero on Tenor Saxophone with The Prestige Jazz Quartet Teddy Charles on Vibes, Mal Waldron on Piano, Addison Farmer on Bass and Jerry Segal on Drums.  The vinyl is NM! and the record cover is EX+! with little wear and no split seams and initials in blue ink over catalog number on back cover in upper right corner and a small stamp with 7x in left corner on back cover not covering any graphics.  I HAVE PLAYED BOTH SIDES OF THE RECORD AND THE RECORD SOUNDS TERRIFIC!!!  INCLUDED IS THE ORIGINAL ONION SKIN INNER SLEEVE!!!  Selections include Ghost Story, Please Don't Go Now, Just Spring, Star Eyes, Polody and What's Not.  EXTREMELY RARE AND DIFFICULT ITEM TO FIND IN THIS TRULY WONDERFUL CONDITION!!!
