Description

Here is an unreleased demo of a song written by Van McCoy. A version of the track was released by Chris Bartley as the B-side of Buddah BDA-93 in 1969, but the version on this disc has a completely different lead vocalist who gives it a breezy and distinct blue-eyed soul feel. We suspect that the singer is actually Terry Melcher, considering that the disc is on his T.M. Inc. publishing imprint, and that the voice seems to match his timbre. It's in VG+ condition with some faint sleeve marks and excellent playback from start to finish. The audio linked below comes directly from this copy:
