Description

This is a rare 12" vinyl  record "The 10 String Guitar Interprets French Classics... Debussy, Ravel, Satie, Milhaud, Poulenc" by Vincenzo Macaluso. His second solo album on Klavier Records and is 1 of 4 of his albums that are all very rare and I have currently listed up for auction, including an extremely rare autographed copy of his last solo album "The 10 STRING GUITAR plays SPANISH CLASSICS" along with his 2 others, "THE 10 STRING GUITAR INTERPRETS CLASSICS" and " MASTERS of FLUTE and GUITAR VOL.2" with Floyd Stancliff on flute.
Vincenzo Macaluso's albums are almost impossible to find and these are all from the same collection in near mint condition. I found them in a box of old records from an estate sale in the same town Vincenzo lived when he passed away in 2012. They are all currently listed up for auction, please check them out and feel free to ask any questions.    Below is a short introduction and tracklist for this album -     INTRODUCTION -
Vincenzo Macaluso began his studies of the guitar with his father at age 10. Advanced studies were under the very capable fingers of Barney Kessel and Celedonio Romero. Mr. Macaluso's jazz career in night clubs started at the tender age of 13 and the years that followed found him working with such names as Sergio Mendes and Mel Torme. Macaluso has been performing in the classical concert field as well as active in the teaching profession.
