EX+ (lovely shiny copy with hardly any sign of play on the labels and just a few very light paper removal marks on the surfaces seen in strong angled light; I played the album in full and can confirm it plays beautifully throughout with NEAR MINT audio)

 / EX (laminated flipback sleeve in great solid condition with just some light storage wear/discolouring to the white rear; flat bright laminate with no major creases; edges are sharp and unworn; no writing, no splits, no tears)
