Description
Item being sold from my personal collection. Over 50 years old and not easy to find single let alone a Demo. Both sides are great to hear and play fine but I never grade records over 50 years old too highly as they will inevitably have deteriorated so see detailed comments below. The record label states on both sides Demonstration Record Not For Sale, date 24.6.66.
THE ACTION - 7" Single Record PARLOPHONE R 5474 1966
A Side: BABY YOU'VE GOT IT - Looks very good condition, has few scratches near the edge and some light surface marks, plays very good, some crackles at the end as it runs off
B Side: SINCE I LOST MY BABY. - Looks better than very good condition, couple of small surface marks, plays very good, some crackles at the end as it runs off.
The record is in its original Parlophone cover in very good condition. The titles of the songs, name of the artist and cat. no. have been written on the front. There is a small mark in one corner where a sticker was removed. The cover has an impression where the record sits in the sleeve owing to storage. On the back is an ad for a Morphy Richards Hair Dryer that costs £3-17-6d.
