Description

Absolutely beautiful copy of the tan label pressing of the classic The Allman Brothers Band At Fillmore East double LP on Capricorn 2CX-0131. Both discs play completely flawlessly and look lovely. There are a couple of isolated visible marks but they don't affect the play at all. Also a few of those light spots that come over time from the acid in the paper sleeves, but this is not damage at all. Just a light spotting here and there, barely noticeable. All four sides play perfectly and just beautifully. The cover is also unusually clean. Usually early covers are quite worn with heavy ringwear but this copy is quite nice with minimal ringwear and no seam splits. There is a bit of light shelfwear and age, and a bit of slight cornerwear. Not bad. This is a beautiful early copy. Hard to beat.
