Here is another gem from my own mostly Nr Mint personal collection (which I am selling off gradually to lessen the pain...) I have been collecting very rare vinyl for a long time now. As a collector, I have been very critical about the condition of the records I have chosen to buy over the years, and only selected the most pristine 1st pressings from all over the UK.  My collection is therefore filled with not only the rarest UK 1st pressings, but also records of the highest grade quality condition, some of the best you will probably ever come across. Sadly, all will be finding new homes in the near future.  I hope you enjoy my listings.

You are bidding on the awesome 'Live at Fillmore East' by The Allman Brothers!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1971 UK Capricorn 1st Pressing on the Yellow Capricorn Labels complete with the original matt finished UK MacNeill gatefold sleeve (not the more common USA gatefold sleeve which most UK pressings were sold with) which is very close to Near Mint!!!! I am pleased to inform you that the double vinyl is in stunning Ner Mint unplayed condition thoroughout!!! You will never see a better pressing!!!

The cool 1970's Chick & Chunky quality pressed discs are in AMAZING NR MINT CONDITION and look to have never been played!!! There are no spindle alignment lines on any of the labels!!! These discs are completely blemish-free, the best you will ever see!!! The Cool Capricorn Centre Labels are in superb unmarked Mint condition. The gramophone rims are also mint.

The Classic Gatefold Sleeve is also in superb condition, which is also very close to Near Mint!!!! It retains ALL of its original matt sheen and has NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind!!!  It folds out perfectly to reveal the inner, which is also MINT!!!  The sleeve lies perfectly FLAT with NO RING WEAR and a SOLID spine with perfectly legible text!!! It has NO corner and NO edge wear and NO seam splitting!!!  It easily grades as NR MINT and comes with both its ORIGINAL inner Sleeves!!! An absolutely essential (and very rare) record for any Progressive/70's music fan to to own!!! Don't miss this one as this LP NEVER turns up in NR MINT condition any more - let alone unplayed!!!! Your package will also contain stiffening inserts to protect against bending or folding of the package during shipment. All records are professionally cleaned prior to being sent and are safely packaged outside their jackets to prevent seam any stress or 'knifing' during shipment.  Rest assured we will not send your record in a jiffy bag or Pizza Box (unfortunately it happens)!!!!

Postage ... Hazey Jane has absolutely NO hidden surcharges; the price you win is the price you pay, just add the relevant postage, it's as simple as that! We always combine postage so if you win more than 1 auction you save money on postage costs! We will only ship to non-UK countries via Airmail - we do not use surface mail, it is way too slow and thus increases the risk of records being damaged during transit.

A little note about insurance - Please read carefully... If the value of your record(s) is over £30, your invoice will include an insured option. Being the responsible adults you are, it is entirely up to you to take this up  - we strongly advise you to do this but will not hassle you about it. You either add the required insurance or you don't. If you do add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will get a refund. If you don't add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will not get a refund. Can we be any clearer? I think not.

Eastern European Countries: We welcome bidders from Eastern Europe, however UK post will now only send to these countries via signed for delivery. Therefore you must pay at the European insured rate (see below) for all records. Refunds & Feedback ... Please read this carefully ... We try to give you the best quality examples of rare records available. However, there will always be somebody out there whose expectations far exceed UK record collector grading standards.  If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your record or our grading of it please refer to the UK Record Collector Grading Chart very carefully BEFORE emailing us. We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. This will very rarely, if ever, happen. We will not be impressed with buyers disputing our gradings without even bothering to check the UK record collector grading standards chart first - you have been warned ...

Buyers who continually Haggle, Whine and Moan to try to decrease the price they won their auctions for will be blocked from bidding on future auctions and can toodle off down to HMV or Virgin where they can harass the counter staff there.

We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback. In an ideal world we would like to leave feedback as soon as the record has been shipped but due to feedback blackmail in the past (i,e, ",,,I want a partial refund or I will leave negative feedback") we have opted to take this measure. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning the auction. If payment has not been received after 10 days a non paying bidder alert will be placed.
