I cannot find anything on this group but it does have three names written in pen on the B-side: Ray Ray (drummer), maybe Eli Fry and Marie? 
Looking at the graphics on the back of the picture sleeve one person has a baseball league t-shirt with the name of a town - Portage - north of Madison - so I'm thinking they were from this area of Wisconsin.  
One copy sold on eBay, according to Popsike.com, 2015-08-26 - $139 - 5 bids.
