Description
A nice clean copy of The Amazing Bud Powell Volume 1 on Blue Note (BLP 1503), which also features Fats Navarro, Sonny Rollins, Roy Haynes and Max Roach. The address on the back cover reads: "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23."
The label reads: "33 1/3 microgroove LONG PLAYING - Blue Note Records - A Division of Liberty Records, Inc." "RVG" is hand-etched in the trail off. The hand-etched matrix reads: "BN-LP-1503." There is also a faint "9 M" note hand-etched in the trail off on both sides.
Condition:
The front cover looks great, clean with some slight ring wear. The corners are very slightly dinged. In the top left corner there is a small "B 275" in black marker, as well as a square-ish blemish spot (looks like a label has been removed).
The vinyl is VG+ (8 out of 10, really nice clean vinyl that looks great aside from a couple hairline marks). This LP comes from a non-smoking home. The record you see in the picture is the record you will receive.

Shipping will be $4.00 for media mail in the U.S. I ship internationally -- but prefer that international bidders contact me first. I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I will combine shipping if you win multiple items. Also, I tend to recycle boxes, but I always make sure to pack items, particularly records, securely.
