First off,I am not a record grader in the sense that the widely accepted view of letter grading vinyl to me has much room for gaps in assessment.I always try to give as much info as I can,so the perspective buyer can make a comfortable judgment  Grading records or anything for that matter is subjective ,and opinions can and do vary.

I tend to be on the very conservative side  about grading (sometimes to the point of "over grading") as I feel its the prudent & diligent  thing,as you are not here making the visual call on the record.I have included an MP3 sample so you can make a judgment on the records playing quality.PLEASE use this mp3 to make your assessment  of the sound.That's why I have it embedded.If you have questions on the sound,or anything else pertaining to the record,email me and I will go over it more,but please don't ignore the tool I have placed to help make the decision,that's what its there for.We all know records can look one way and play another.Please note,I will only vouch for my turntables performance,for as we all know,turntable performance varies from one to another.








The Amazing Bud Powell-Jazz at Massey Hall-Debut Records 10 inch -DLP-3-Volume Two. .As to condition.First the vinyl.Overall the vinyl looks pretty good.I use the word pretty as there are two long needle scratches on side one.They look superficial to me.If they weren't there the side would be very clean aside from a few other short faint scratches.Side two has only a very few light short hairlines.I have mp3 embedded both sides for you to judge the playing quality.For me it played through,  but somewhat noisy in spots.The labels are ok,though one side it looks like the needle etched a line in the paper in one area.

The cover I would only say is in fair condition.About a one inch seam split on top.Paper wearing on the top edge opening with some assorted small marks in that area.Hint of basement smell.Spine has some paper chipping also,and a push through in the middle.Bottom seam is good,as are the corners save for that top right one where the wearing is.Paper softness there.Back cover generally ok with some light soiling and paper wear on that one bad corner.Any questions,please ask BEFORE bidding.Thanks
