 A stunning original mono 1st press copy of, The Animals - The Most Of The Animals, 1965 Columbia / EMI, SX 6035, XAX 3040-1 / XAX 3041-1. To find an original 1st press mono copy in this condition is very rare nowadays, the record is in excellent+ condition, probably better. It shows virtually no signs of wear and only a couple of very faint small hairline marks are visible under strong light. It plays superbly with no clicks, pops, jumps or sticking. There is some slight inoffensive crackle in between a couple of the tracks. Otherwise the music is clear and pristine with no hiss or distortion. The vinyl is thick and heavy, weighing approx 150g. The sleeve is in excellent++ condition, with the laminate fresh and clear, it does have some small bits of bubbling and one small crease near the bottom. The back is like new with only some faint spotting near the top. The labels are in excellent++ condition with virtually no sign of spindle wear. The cover also has the faintest outline of ring wear.  Considering this album is 47 years old, its overall condition is stunning.
